This is Cisco Fishing Systems’ multi-mount track, a short length of machined aluminum track that you can fit to your boat with a mount instead of drilling a permanent plate into the deck. Pick a track length from 6 to 24 inches, then pick the mount that fits your boat: a factory-fit bracket for Lund, Alumacraft or Tracker, a rail mount, a vee clamp for handrails, a slim thumbscrew mount, a gimbal mount, or the track on its own. Cisco builds it to order and ships it to you direct.
How the Cisco multi-mount track works
The idea is simple. You attach the track to the boat with one of the removable mounts, bolt your gear to the track, and take the whole rig off when you are done fishing. Almost all of these mounts let you use the track without permanently mounting a plate to the vessel, so the boat goes back to looking like a boat for the weekend. Every track up to 24 inches fits any of the Cisco multi-mounts, and each one has a 2 1/4 inch by 1 1/2 inch rectangular hole pattern with countersunk holes in the middle of the track.
Cisco track mounting options
- Track only (no mount included): The track by itself, for a boat that already has a base.
- Gimbal mount, 90 degree and 42 degree Lund, Alumacraft, and 90 degree Tracker: Boat-specific mounts that attach the track to those hulls.
- 2.5 inch by 5 inch slim thumbscrew mount: For gunwales with less than 3.5 inches of width. It lets you set the 3.5 inch wide track on top of the 2.5 inch wide thumbscrew mount.
- 7/8 inch to 1 1/2 inch vee clamp: Fits any handrail from 7/8 to 1 1/2 inches across. Each set of mounting holes ships with its own vee clamp so the load spreads along the rail.
- 7/8 inch, 1 inch and 1 1/16 inch rail mounts: Thumbscrew rail mounts sized to your rail.
Check your handrail before you load it
Be careful with heavy gear such as vertical trees and downriggers. Some handrails are secured to the boat with nothing more than #10 screws and may not be strong enough to hold much weight. Always make sure your handrails can safely carry whatever you plan to attach.

Cisco multi-mount track questions
Does it go with the Cisco LiveScope mount?
Cisco makes both, and some of the bases on our Cisco LiveScope mount are track mounts. If you are not sure which track and mount match what you are building, send us a photo of your boat and what you want to attach and we will help you pick.
How long does it take to get?
Cisco builds each one to order and ships it to you direct. Plan on 8 to 14 business days before it ships. If you order a pole at the same time, the pole ships from us right away and the track follows from Cisco.
Is it covered by the 30 day returns and one year warranty?
No. Those cover the First Mate XT pole only, not this Cisco product. It is built to order and shipped by Cisco Fishing Systems, so please check the length and mount before you buy. Contact us before ordering if you have any doubt about fitment and we will help you choose.
What if my boat is not on the list?
If you have a track, a rail or a handrail, one of the universal options should work. For a boat that is not listed, ask us before ordering and we will check with Cisco. Our own universal pole mount is also worth a look for the XT.
