Cisco LiveScope Pro / Pro+ Mount for First Mate XT

All-metal gunwale mount for the XT, built by Cisco Fishing Systems. Clamps the 1 1/8 inch pole, folds flat along the gunwale, and locks up for scanning in a quarter turn. Choose Pro or Pro+ and the base that matches your boat: track, rail, or a factory-fit bracket for Lund, Ranger, Tracker, Alumacraft, Starcraft and Smokercraft. Built to order and shipped direct from Cisco, allow 8 to 14 business days. Not covered by the XT pole’s 30 day returns or one year warranty.

Price range: $240.00 through $335.00

The 30 day returns and one year warranty cover the First Mate XT pole only, not accessories.

The Cisco LiveScope mount is an all-metal gunwale mount for the First Mate XT. It clamps the XT’s 1 1/8 inch pole, folds flat along the gunwale when you are running, and swings up and locks in a quarter turn when you want to scan. Pick the Pro or the Pro+, then pick the base that matches your boat: track, rail, or a factory-fit bracket for Lund, Ranger, Tracker, Alumacraft, Starcraft and Smokercraft hulls. We sell it through our wholesale account with Cisco Fishing Systems, and Cisco ships it to you direct.

How the Cisco LiveScope mount holds the XT

The whole mount is machined 6061 aluminum with stainless hardware. There is no plastic in the load path. A spring loaded base lets you lift and rotate the arm with one hand, positive locking teeth hold the angle, and an oversized 2 inch knurled knob takes it from stowed to deployed in a quarter turn. The pole clamp tightens an aluminum side knob against a nylon shoe, so it holds the XT firmly without scratching the anodizing. Because the XT rotates the transducer on its own, you set the mount once and run the pole from the pedal or the fobs.

Pro or Pro+: which Cisco LiveScope mount to pick

Both are the same material and the same 0 to 180 degree deployment. The difference is one extra turning joint, higher up on the arm.

LiveScope Pro LiveScope Pro+
Construction 6061 aluminum, stainless hardware 6061 aluminum, stainless hardware
Deployment 0 to 180 degrees, quarter-turn lock 0 to 180 degrees, quarter-turn lock
Turning joints One spring loaded turning joint Two spring loaded turning joints (one extra, higher up the arm)
Stowed profile Standard, along the gunwale Folds tighter and flatter to the gunwale
Best for Maximum rigidity, simple setups Boats where the stowed pole is in the way

If you are not sure, the Pro is the one most people run. Go Pro+ if you fish a smaller boat, keep a cover on, or trailer a lot and want the pole out of the way.

Cisco LiveScope mount bases, by boat

Universal bases: No Mount (you already have a base or are making your own), Track Mount, Drop and Lock Track Mount, 7/8 inch thumbscrew rail mount, 1 inch thumbscrew rail mount.

Factory-fit bases: 42 degree Lund, 90 degree Lund (aluminum models), 90 degree Ranger or fiberglass Lund, 45 degree Ranger, Tracker, Alumacraft, 60 degree Starcraft and Smokercraft. These are cut to the angle of that hull’s gunwale so the arm sits plumb. Measure your gunwale angle or send us a photo if you are not sure which one matches your boat.

Why we carry the Cisco LiveScope mount

Our own universal pole mount at $40 covers most rails and homemade rigs, and the Ultrex kit and Ghost dog bone put the XT on a trolling motor. What they do not do is fold the pole down flat along the gunwale, and they do not come in a factory bracket for a specific hull. That is where the Cisco mount fits. It is the mount customers kept asking us about, so now you can get it with the XT in one order.

Cisco LiveScope mount questions

Does it fit the First Mate XT?

Yes. The XT is a 1 1/8 inch pole, which is exactly what the Cisco clamp is sized for. Clamp it on the open section of the pole below the power head.

How long does it take to get?

Cisco builds each mount to order and ships it to you direct. Plan on 8 to 14 business days before it ships. If you order a pole at the same time, the pole ships from us right away and the mount follows from Cisco.

Do I need the Pro+ to stow the pole?

No. Both fold to 0 degrees along the gunwale. The Pro+ adds a second turning joint higher up the arm. That extra pivot lets the folded pole tuck in tighter and flatter, which matters most on small boats or under a cover.

What if my boat is not on the list?

Pick a track or rail base if you have either, or No Mount and bolt the base to your own plate. If you want a factory-fit bracket for a hull we have not listed, ask us before ordering and we will check with Cisco.

Is it covered by the 30 day returns and one year warranty?

No. Those cover the First Mate XT pole only, not this Cisco mount. It is built to order and shipped by Cisco Fishing Systems, so please check the model and base before you buy. Contact us before ordering if you have any doubt about fitment and we will help you choose.
