How a claim works

1. Find your order. Enter your order number and billing email below and click Find My Order.
2. Have the details ready. A short description of the problem and clear photos, or a short video, showing it. We may ask for more.
3. Wait for our reply before sending anything back. Please do not ship anything until we tell you to.
4. We make it right. We repair, replace or refund, as described in our Limited Warranty.

The one-year warranty and 30-day return cover the First Mate XT pole only, not mounts or accessories. If a package arrived damaged, contact us right away with your order number and photos.
